  • One Last Time: Stranger Things 5 Release Details Revealed

    Three years after the release of season four, Stranger Things has finally reignited fans’ excitement. Netflix has officially announced season five, along with more details about Eleven and her friends’ adventures. Are you ready to return and see the fate of Hawkins?

    Same familiar names

    The upcoming American science fiction horror series will consist of eight episodes. Intriguingly, the fifth season will be released in three parts. It is bringing the same vibes like season 4 episodes launch format.

    We will see the legendary casts back in action such as Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), Mike Wheeler (Finn Wolfhard), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin Henderson) and more. Besides that, the strength of the plot is predicted to remain high with The Ruffo Brothers continuing as producers. We can smell the hype already.

    One last time for Hawkins

    Stranger Things 5 premise will center on Mike and company’s struggle to solve the mystery behind Hawkins and the Upside Down. Because everything was still left unsaid at the end of season 4 when Vecna opened the portal. Vecna actually was the series main villain and a monster with similar abilities as Eleven.

    In the previous season, the Hawkins gang tried to uncover Vecna’s identity. Meanwhile, Eleven worked with Dr. Owens (Paul Reiser) and Dr. Brenner (Matthew Modine) to try to find answers about her powers, which were influenced by her past. Now, in season five, every answer and final battle against Vecna will be very much up for grabs.

    Stranger Things 5 teaser trailer was released to the internet on July 16, 2025. Three months later, Netflix announced the official trailer that dropped on October 30, 2025.     Typical sad songs with lyrics that resonate with heartache are easily embraced by listeners. They feel connected and use the song to express their emotions. Additionally, sad songs are considered to help people momentarily forget their pain.

    However, ‘Multo’ is something else. It’s in Tagalog, which our listeners usually don’t understand whereas normally the sad songs that popular are in English. Still, that’s exactly what makes this Cup of Joe’s song so special.

    The first week of the 2025-2026 NBA season has just ended. In early two or three games, several players showed their quality in the race for MVP. Who are the strongest candidates at the moment?

    Well-known actor Reza Rahadian will return to the big screen in ‘Pangku’ movie. Unlike before, this time he will be behind the scenes as the director. What will it be like?

    Reza Rahadian will made his directoral debut with ‘Pangku’. This drama movie was adapted from a script written by Reza and Felix K. Nesi. Alongside Felix, Reza also brought in cinematographer Teoh Gay Hian, to strengthen the picture execution.

    ‘Pangku’ tells a story of Sartika (Claresta Taufan), a young woman who is pregnant. She leaves her hometown to change both her and the upcoming baby fate. Sartika eventually travels to Pantura and works as a coffee waitress.

    ”Unfortunately, Sartika was not hired just to serve coffee as usual. She had to do other jobs that should not have been done by a waitress. Until she met Hadi (Fedi Nuril), a truck driver who stopped by at the coffee stall.”

    The main plot of ‘Pangku’ actually was inspired by the real coffee stalls along the Pantura route. These stalls are often used as a place for truck drivers passing by to have sexual services. This is why the term ‘Kopi Pangku’ was created, which means drinking coffee while sitting on the waitress lap.

    Four awards in Busan International Film Festival

    Before hitting theaters, ‘Pangku’ participated in the Busan International Film Festival, from September 17 to September 26, 2025, at the Busan Cinema Center. ‘Pangku’ then won four awards after being screened at the festival. Such appreciation for Reza Rahadian’s drama film certainly indicates that this movie is gonna be special.

    What’s more, the casts lineup quality is also undeniable. We’ll see Fedi Nuril, who is often mentioned as a ‘million view-guarantee’ actor, role-playing with legendary Christine Hakim, who will play the antagonist. Besides that, the compelling inner struggle of the main lead is portrayed perfectly by rising star Claresta Taufan.

    ‘HipDut’ was initially born when the original dangdut genre was revived. Dangdut was loved and often played through karaoke sessions and music concerts, which were mostly dominated by Gen Z. They felt that dangdut had a unique spirit that suited them, besides pop or any other genres.

    Songs from the dangdut greats like Didi Kempot and Denny Caknan are mandatory setlist favorites. As a result, dangdut is seen as a gateway to discovering what Gen Z’s version of dangdut might look like. Shortly thereafter, internet was exploding with ‘Garam & Madu‘ sudden hit.

    After the Australian GP ended last weekend, the MotoGP series moved on to the Sepang circuit in Malaysia. Few riders are ruled out due to injuries, including this year’s champion Marc Márquez and Jorge Martin. This leaves the door open for Alex Márquez, Francesco Bagnaia, and Marco Bezzecchi, who still competing for the final standings.

    In qualifying sessions, it was Francesco Bagnaia who actually dominated. The two-time MotoGP Champion managed to take pole position and also won the sprint sessions. Unfortunately, Bagnaia didn’t have the same good luck in the Sunday race, as he went DNF.

    The sweet victory in Malaysian GP was Alex’s third Grand Prix win of the 2025 season. Before that, he managed to win the Spanish GP and the Catalonia GP a few months ago. The 29-year-old rider has delivered his career best in the standings with Gresini Racing since joining the team in 2023.

    However, he has struggled to find his form under Arne Slot. With Arne using a default 4-3-3 formation, Wirtz had to play as a left midfielder. His transition from a number 10 position might be the reason he fail to provide goals or assists.

    Australian psychedelic band, Tame Impala, has just released their fifth studio album. The album is titled ‘Deadbeat’ and was available all over the world on October 17. So, what is this album like?

    Saga of explorations

    Tame Impala has long been known for its instrumental distorted sounds, accompanied by signature electronic touch. Although they continues to experiment over time, ‘Deadbeat’ album still showcases their signature musical style. 12 songs in total, and you’ll find new explorations in some of the songs, such as ‘Obsolete’ with a slight upbeat like a R&B vibe.

    On the other hand, ‘Ethereal Connection’ delivers a more groovy beat, for the entire 7 minutes and 22 seconds. In the early minutes, I was instantly reminded of Shirako Takamoto from ‘Hot Wheels Acceleracers’ TV series. I visualized Shirako driving through a challenging race with ‘Ethereal Connection’ playing full volume in the background. What a good combo.

    ”Ultimately, ‘Deadbeat’ seems to be the exploration stage for Tame Impala after nearly two decades of work. As Kevin Parker, guitarist and frontman, said to Apple Music, “That’s always something that I get a kick out of: just shaking up expectations.”

    If you want something a little less scary, R.E.P.O. is probably the game you’re looking for. This game is a cooperative horror survival comedy game released on February 26, 2025. This game was developed by Studiowork and can be played on Windows.

    In R.E.P.O., you will join five friends to search for valuable objects, fight against monster and stay alive. What makes this game unique is the physics challenges that requires us to think while playing the game. Meanwhile, the colorful character concept makes R.E.P.O. also suitable to play with your loved ones!
