K-pop legends EXO have finally dropped the comeback signal, teasing a late-year return that’ll roll straight into 2026. Suho and co. are set to release a new album titled “REVERXE,” with some major surprises on the way. So, what are we about to get?

Sweet surprise to EXO-L

To welcome EXO’s comeback, SM Entertainment casually dropped a music video titled ‘I’m Home’ on December 13, 2025.

The MV features six members: Suho, Chanyeol, Kai, Sehun, D.O., and Lay. Yes, that Lay. Fans were instantly in shock, considering Lay has been on a long hiatus and hadn’t actively promoted with EXO since 2017.

This lineup feels like EXO’s way of saying “we didn’t forget you.” After years of members coming and going due to military service, EXO hasn’t been as active as they were in their prime. So seeing them together again hits different.

”Long story short: this wasn’t just a music video, it was a message. The wait was long, but EXO is finally reminding everyone why they’re called legends. And yeah, the kings are officially back!”

‘REVERXE’ album sneak peek

Album REVERXE is set to drop on January 19, 2026, marking their first full-group return in nearly three years. ‘REVERXE’ will feature nine songs, including ‘I’m Home,’ which fans got a first listen to at the fan meeting held at Inspire Arena.

During the fan meeting, the members got real about what this moment means to them. They shared that they’ve been manifesting this comeback since the start of the year. EXO also sent heartfelt thanks to EXO-L for trusting them and waiting patiently all this time.

”And they’re not stopping there. The group promised to come back with even stronger stages and performances, adding that their goal is simple: make 2026 an EXO year.”
